Workshop Options:

  • Mobility Workshops

This workshop goes through mobility exercises that promote spinal, joint and muscle health, to minimise injuries and provide proactive education. Each of the workshops are tailored to the cliental we are presenting to.

  • Breath-work Workshop

An introduction into the benefits of the breath, how to breathe, how to use breath throughout the workday and how to use the breath at night to manage stress and promote deeper sleep and better recovery. Research has shown that breath has a vital role in minimising injuries and promoting better health.

  • Injury Prevention and Recovery Workshop

This workshop in an introduction into the world of better recovery and injury prevention, we discuss the how and why of these two topics, particularly for the modern day athlete. It is a combination of breath, mobility and applied lifestyle advice.
