In Response to COVID-19

TO MY VALUED CLIENTS ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND MY TEAM AT THE OT PLACE WE WANT TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING US TO BE YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER.

In light of the corona virus (COVID-19), and the world wide concern, I know that you are thinking of your current and future health for yourself and for your family.

I am actively monitoring the World Health Organisation, CDC and Australian Government updates to ensure that we follow the latest advice.

I will be OPEN as usual this week to keep you all healthy. I take your health seriously and therefore have put in place extra hygiene measures to keep you well. To ensure your health during this time:

• I ask that if you are sick, even if the symptoms are not typical of COVID-19, that you please be mindful and stay in the comfort of your home. I will not charge a late cancellation fee during this time

• If you have travelled abroad in the past 14 days, I kindly suggest waiting for a 14 day period before booking an appointment

• If you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please call your local GP

I am taking all the precautions necessary in clinic, as your health and my own are ALWAYS my priority. As always I am:

• Thoroughly disinfecting daily after every client, wiping down all surfaces and treatment tables (like always!)

• Have hand sanitiser available as you walk in the door and in the treatment rooms. I ask that you please use the hand sanitiser before and after treatment
